At FORCE Technology we have many years of experience with the use and development of industrial methods for non-destructive inspection of plastic and composites.

We can offer you on-site inspection or laboratory services of all sorts of fibre composites e.g. pipes, tanks, aircraft components, windmill blades and sail and motorboats. We are in particular very good at detecting production failures such as delamination, hidden foreign objects, porosities and disbonding in glued joints.

By detecting production failures as early in the process as possible you can minimise your costs for subsequent improvements and repairs. In this way you can improve your productivity and profitability, reduce your material consumption and last but not least, avoid that failures escalate into financial incalculable batch damage.

We use the following methods:

• Manual and automated ultrasonic inspection of fibre composites
• Real-time and conventional (film-based) radiographic examination
• Bond testing of glued joints in composites and light-alloy metal.
